Who is Your Dentist?

Randy J. Greenberg DMD, FAGD is a general dentist who focuses on cosmetic and laser dentistry. He graduated from the University of Connecticut Health Center School of Dental Medicine in 1982 when he earned his DMD degree (Doctor of Dental Medicine). He has been serving the Wallingford community for more than 20 years.

He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry, where he has received the honorary distinction of “Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry." This prestigious FAGD designation was awarded in a convocation ceremony at the academy’s annual meeting on July 19, 2003. Fellowship is earned through completion of 500 hours of continuing dental education and a comprehensive written exam. The award symbolizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to patient care.

Dr. Greenberg is also an active member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the local Meriden, Wallingford, Cheshire Dental Society. He is also currently on staff as a clinical instructor at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, teaching the next generation of dentists.

Dr. Greenberg is highly committed to understanding and applying the very latest advances in dental technology. He has received specialized hands-on training from the Institute for Comprehensive Oral Diagnosis and Rehabilitation in California and the Millennium Laser Dental Institute. Dr. Greenberg is only one of four dentists in the northeast region of the United States (one of 40 in the US) who is licensed to perform Laser Periodontal Therapy.
