Inclement Weather: Please call the office before coming in. A message will be left on our message system to tell you if we are leaving early, coming in late, or totally canceling for the day.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call with at least 24 hours notice. The time has been reserved especially for you. The first missed appointment will be no charge. (Everyone makes mistakes). The second broken appointment will be charged $40 for every 45 minute block of time.

Emergency Treatment:

Please feel free to call the office for any dental emergency. We will make every effort to see you that same day. If it is after normal business hours, a number will be given for you to call. If you do not hear from us within 30 minutes, please call again.
